Beach Cities Mobile Mechanics offers repair and maintenance services for automobiles, trucks, and heavy equipment. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and may be subject to change without notice.

  1. Estimates and Appointments

Service estimates provided through this website or in person are based on initial assessments and are not final. Final costs may vary depending on actual labor, parts, and unforeseen complications.
Appointments requested via the website are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

  1. Payments

Payment for services invoiced is due on receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Advance payment may be required for certain services and/or special-order parts.

Payment methods we accept are: cash, major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and are subject to our discretion and approval. Credit cards and some electronic payments may incur additional convenience fees.

Late payments may incur additional charges, and parts or vehicles may be held until payment is received in full. In the event vehicles, equipment and/or parts are released to you prior to payment or your payment is dishonored for ANY reason including but not limited to stop payments and charge backs A MECHANICS LIEN WILL BE ENFORCED.

  1. Warranty and Liability

We offer warranties on parts and labor as specified at the time of service. Warranty coverage is limited and may not apply to customer-supplied parts, off-road use, or improper maintenance.

Beach Cities Mobile Mechanics is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs performed by other parties.

  1. Mobile Service Disclaimer

Mobile repair services are provided as a convenience and are subject to technician availability and location safety. We reserve the right to refuse mobile service if the working environment is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.

Beach Cities Mobile Mechanics is not liable for property damage, environmental hazards, or injuries that occur during mobile services, especially in off-road, roadside, or hazardous conditions.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits required for work to be performed on private or public property.

  1. Towing Liability

Towing services, if arranged, are performed by a third-party towing company.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicles before and after towing. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Beach Cities Mobile Mechanics DOES NOT provide towing service We are not liable for damage incurred during towing unless caused by our direct negligence.

  1. After-Hours Charges

Services requested outside of regular business hours (nights, weekends, holidays) may be subject to additional after-hours fees. These charges will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service when possible.

Emergency service availability is not guaranteed and is subject to technician availability.

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with another user’s use of the website.
